‘Privacy Policy Relay Autobooker Pro Application

Relay Autobooker Pro, concerned about the rights of individuals, particularly with regard to automated processing, and in a desire for transparency with its customers, has set up a confidentiality policy. This policy sets out all the processing operations, the purposes and the means of action available to individuals so that they can best exercise their rights.

The version of our Privacy Policy currently online is the only one that can be enforced during the entire period of use of the application, until a new version replaces it. In the following we will refer to :

Application: the Relay Autobooker Pro App at your fingertips on IOS or Android. « User »: the Internet user visiting and using the services of the application

« Publisher » means Relay Autobooker Pro, the legal entity responsible for the publishing and content of the Application.’

« Usage Data » means information collected automatically by Relay Autobooker Pro (or third party services employed by Relay Autobooker Pro which may include the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users who use Relay Autobooker Pro, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc. the country of origin, the browser and operating system characteristics used by the User, various time details per visit (e.g., time spent on each page in the Application and details of the time spent on the Application. the country of origin, the

Article 1 – Access to the application

The editor cannot be held responsible for any failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation, preventing access to the application or to one of its functions. The equipment you use to connect to the application is under your sole responsibility. You must take all appropriate measures to protect your equipment and your own data, in particular from viral attacks via the Internet.

You are also solely responsible for the sites, applications and data that you consult. The publisher cannot be held responsible in the event of legal proceedings against you:

The publisher is not responsible for any damage caused to you, to third parties and/or to your equipment as a result of your connection to or use of the application and you waive any action against it as a result. All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed identity document and must mention the address at which the application publisher can contact the applicant. The reply will be sent within one month of receipt of the application. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests so requires.

We may also retain some of your information if necessary, even after you have closed your account. Your data is retained during the contractual relationship and for up to 12 months afterwards.
